Hatcher, Vice Chancellor for Student Development, seated at the far right listens while the new INAUGURAL CEREMONY The Inaugural Ceremony of the Student Gov- ernment Association Officers and Queens were held in the Student Center ' s Multi-Purpose Room on May 6, 1980. The ceremony was well attended by the stu- dent body. The new officers sworn in were: Roy Davenport, SGA President, Craig Dumas, SGA Vice President and James Wright, SGA Business Manager, The two queens were Miss RJSC, Letita Miller and Miss FSU, Alice Bal- dwin. Robert Atkins, outgoing SGA President, makes his fare- well speech to the student body.
