A NOTE FROM SGA PREXY FAYETTEVILLE, N. C. 28301 Brothers and Sisters, This is a time when Fayetteville State University is in a position that requires a choice between one of two roads. One road is not at all together new at F.S.U. This road offers a position that requires an institution to follow rather than lead. Or It can travel a road that requires an institution that advocates truth with its primary objective being the acquisition of knowledge and the display of wisdom. You, brothers and sisters, also have one of the two roads to follow. You can spend your four years never knowing what this institutio.i is all about or, you can become involved in the struggle to place this institution in its rightful position. That being a position, whereby it would become an innovator rather than a dupli- cator. It is a time, when the burden of our forefathers has fallen on our shoulders. It is a time, when our people are dying from the absence of young leaders. It is a time, when you my Black brother must become that leader.
