Deans The deans assist the prin- cipal by helping with discipli- nary matters, approving tardies and absences, and filing at- tendance reports. They are also available to the students for counseling. Dean of Boys- Senior High is organized into departments, such as lan- guage, science, and English with a chairman of each. Secretaries Mrs. Anne Wilkins is the school’s registrar. She sends transcripts to other schools, enrolls new students, checks out students who transfer, and is in charge of academic records. 26 Mrs. Mickey Carter is Mr. Sasser’s secretary and is also the school’s bookkeeper. Mrs. Sarah Bullard ' s job is to care for the clinic. She checks on attendance and types up the absence list which is distributed daily.
