supemtenaent MR. C. REID ROSS, Superintendent You, the members of this graduating class, have spent your entire lives in a rapidly changing world. Change has come to be a considered and calculated factor influencing the direction in which you must plan for your edu- cational future. There has come to be cause for great concern about the sense of instability in this changing world. You cannot foresee a time when science and technology will cease placing new insights, new data, new tools, and new capabilities at the disposal of the society of which you are a vital part. You must ever strive to develop to the fullest extent your capabilities in order to make your contribution to society and have the ability, courage and faith to meet successfully the challenges which you must face in the days ahead. C. Reid Ross Superintendent 23
