HISTCDRY GF THE CLASS CDF 46 Durung the early part of September 1933 the present class of 46 entered good old F H S Among those bewuldered chuldren present were Tom Dox see who grew bug enough to full the shoes of the Student Councul Presudent and us curculatuon man ager of our yearbook Bob Ford Ed Greveldung the all round sportsman and Art Lambert When we were furst graders Dave Lamprecht uouned the class The next addutuons came durung the thurd grade and were Jane Craner the class treasurer thus year and Pete Fruedruchs who us Advancung to the second floor and fufth grade we met Pat Pfohl The suxth grade brought us Charles Kelsey Luculle Metcalfe one of the art edutors of the yearbook and Jean Walker Wuth our furst year of uunuor hugh school came the novel experuence of changung classes and we all felt very grown up We met Dolores Becker present class secretary and the other art edutor of thus book John Hutchunson and Speedy Perry Student Coun cul secretary thus year and welcomed them to our growung class Barbara Abbott and Dorothy Roberts were the only addutuons durung the eughth grade our second and last year of uunuor hugh We found our furst year un hugh school a slughtly confusung busuness makung out schedules of courses and workung hard to keep up wuth the new work New faces surrounded us Bull DuPree George Fauley Art Hossbeun Carolune Resch edutor of our Inducator Yearbook Phulup Resch Joan Rubado Duck Sums and Jack Tuffany Most of them hauled from DeWutt or thereabouts Bob Gulkey Frances Goodfellow Jake Hullar Carol Mertz Bob Vessey advertusung manager and treasurer of the yearbook Betsy Volles vuce presudent of the Student Councul and Stan Vowles dropped back a half grade to uoun us Peggy Crawford Ned Mann our present class presudent and busuness manager of thus book Corky Manton Don Megnun Student Councul treasurer Lorraune Meyer Betty Jarvus and Dorus Wulluams came up a half grade to uncrease our number stull further As Sophomores Bob Bolton Bob Faurbank Paula Grossman and Sue Henward came along As Junuors Carol Chesnut yearbook photographuc edu tor Bull Hanson and Dorothy Ruale uouned us At the top of the heap at last as Senuors we have welcomed Helene Chamberlaun to the class We ve had many good tumes together put on sev eral successful dances and had a lot of fun wuth class actuvntnes We re happy to be Senuors yet re gret havung to leave so soon Wushung lots of luck to the undergrads thankung all our teachers who gave borne wuth us through the twelve long years we say good bye 1 1 1 - 1 1 ' .
