The French classes are taught by Mrs. Helen Belanger who adds the flair of old Paree to all her les- sons. Mrs. Raisa Leorza, head of the Language Department and long-timeteacher at Lopez, adds the accent of Latin Ameri- ca and Spain to her classes. They teach the students how to delve into the ordinary 2x2:4 and calculate the area of an equilateral triangle. With new equipment and modern instruments, these teachers have made Math a little more interesting and a lot more fun to learn.
