The track team was something new this year at Baker-Victory and, although the team was not what would be called victorious, there were many outstanding feats performed by the members of this first track team. There are promises of a victorious season next year as all the members will be returning. We can look to McCann, Richardson and Schooley especially, to put Baker-Victory out in front on the 1959 version of the track team. Kneeling: Mike Walsh, Joe Daly, J. Remenicky, Jerry Pacillo, Jerry Smolarek, Lad Culkowski, Bill Rogers.
