In an era when the work week is being shortened, it is necessary that we learn to occupy our leisure hours with pleasure and profit. In recognition of this need, we find in this book a story of education which provides not only for the work-a-day world but for leisure and recreation as Well. Th e catalyst in most successful lives is a hobby or an activity that one enjoys doing for its own sake. This enjoyable activity makes the other parts of one's life function as a successful and unified whole. Use the catalyzing action of a good hobby to make your life better and happier in every way.
