THE NATIONAL HO OR SOCIETY The object of this chapter is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, and to encourage the develop- ment of character in the pupils of Farragut High School. This club is one of the oldest representative organizations of the school. Membership qualifications are citizenship, scholarship, service, and leadership. Juniors and Seniors must have at least a 3.4 average, while sophomores must hold a 4.0. The Drama Club, under the direction of a new sponsor, Mr. George Heuchart, presented three plays shortly after the be- ginning of the school year.
