Christmas Party Mr. Nolan was quite jovial as he received his shirt from the elementary teaching staff. Mrs. Kemp served as hostess at the tea table which was decorated to carry out the holiday theme. Mrs. Harston and Mrs. Miller seem to enjoy the delicious cookies, candy, and sandwiches which were also very prettily decorated. Sh-h-h-h-h -hl Geniuses are at work as the male teachers concentrate on Bingo! At work, as well as at play, are Coach Carpenter, Mr. Nolan, Mr. Blake Albritton, Mr. Clinton, Mr. Wilson, and Mr. E. J. Albritton. Mr. Clinton is caught in the act of gazing at his chattering false teeth! Also getting a big kick out of things are Coach Carpenter, Mr. Albritton, Mrs. Rabun, and Mrs. Wade. Mrs. Andrews seems to be trying to dodge the thing that flew out of a peanut can just as she opened it. Later it was discovered that it was only a play snake. Mrs. Pace, Mrs. Antley, and Mrs. Reid are certainly getting a chuckle from Mrs. Kemp as she plays with her baby rattle.

Mr. E. J. Albritton plays Santa Claus to the teachers as they exchange gifts among themselves. Mr. Nolan and Coach Carpenter are about to receive their gaily wrapped packages. Faculty Mr. Clinton proudly shows off his gift, a very pretty shirt, presented him by the high school faculty. Mr. Wilson was in charge ofthe presentation. 'Caja' Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Kemp really got quite a laugh out of this game. Mrs. Kemp, our math teacher, guessed closest to the number of pieces of candy in the jar and received them as the reward. Mrs. Wiley is in the process of taking Mrs. Miller's gift as Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Eldred look around for one they would like to take. The snack trays Mrs. Miller chose seemed to be quite popular, since they passed through the hands of every one of the teachers! i , Concentration must be hard, but it can be fun, this picture seems to say of Mrs. Andrews and Mrs. Rabun, as they try to spell words from a handful of Alpha- bits letters. f K ftgu f. 43' X Mr. E. J. Albritton entered his guess even though he didn't win. Looking on are Mrs. Johnston, Mrs. Tanner, Mrs. Harston, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Harper, and Mrs. Barron. C' ...-....... ..1 3s.

Wilda Odom seems shocked that she was caught in the act of eating. We wonder if she enjoyed her snack. Jerry Tettleton and Dean Adkins seem to have no complaints, however. Pep Squad Party Rudolph Thomas, Gerald Caskey, Mrs. M. L. Rabun, and Kirby Morris seem to be getting a big kick out of this musical game which was played to 1've Been Working on the Railroad. Mr. Wilson, Coach and Mrs. Carpenter, and Coach Bankston seem to have different opinions of the food . Their expressions lead us to think so, anyway. PTA Good Citizens Make Good Government, January PTA theme, featured a panel con- sisting of Jurd Stewart, lawmang Royce Bird, businessmang Mrs. Stein Baughman, chairmang Frances Read, studentg 3 and Reverend Cole, Q clergyman. 5 Mrs. Barron, Mrs. Antley, Mr. Wilson, Mrs. M. L. Rabun, and Mrs. Reid are presented gifts by drillmaster Christene Holloway. The pep squad acknowledge these teachers for their undying efforts to help the Farmerettes.
