The junior party held at the home of Buddy Andrews provided all who attended with a rollicking good time. Here everyone closes in on the food! '59 Yearbook FHS students excitedly look at their new yearbooks. The Golden Anniversary edition proved to be one of the best ever published by FHS. One of the games played by the group was full of surprises, as is shown by James Taylor's imitation of Elvis. Who would have ever thought he had it in him? it Junior Party Bi-Disfricf Play-Off Peggy Wade 1555 gets off a scoring shot in the bi- district playoffs with Winnsboro. Bonnie Haye Cback to cameraj gets ready to close in for the rebound just in case. This group of girls went far in the state competition, but they lost out to Oak Grove in the semi-finals.

4-H Banquef A patriotic theme was carried out at the 1959 4-H Club banquet. The gala decorated speakers' table was the center of interest. i A' Mr. W. A. Downs, guest speaker, gives a very in- teresting speech on loyalty, which was very inform- ative. Some of the entertainment was provided by a tap number featuring Lynn Baughman and Patsy Ken- nedy, who are a popular duet when it comes to fine showmanship. ,ygg,'-'2f.,4f, ff-1 . ,sw V- 1-as :.1a.W, I Acfivifies Mr. Bruce Flint was presented with a travel alarm clock when he left his parish 4-H Club work to be- come program supervisor for the district.

Everyone in attendance enjoyed the program and, of course, the food. This group of junior girls provided delightful musical entertainment.
