I expect the sophomores to contribute to a successful varsity squad next year, commented first- year coach Dennis Kaipin. Coached under john Kelly and Kalpin the sophomores compiled a very impressive 6-2 season record. Their only r r' losses came by the hands of old rivals North and Shanley. y c I Starting out rather slowly, the q N sophomore team finished the ii year with a five-game winning streak and a 12-6 victory over the North High Spartans.
