Council Endeavors To Involve Students In arious Activities Expanding student involvement is not an easy task. This year student council, under the direction of president Martha LeClerc, worked to represent the student body and plan activities which would increase student involvement. Council's activities included Homecoming, Snow Week, 50's Week, Arts Week and various dances. Five delegates represented Fargo South at the North Dakota State Class representatives, Front Row: J. Student Council Convention, which was held at NDSU November 13-15. Senior Peggy Klein is this year's secretary of council and Nancy Boatman is treasurer. The activities commission is chaired by Lisa Anderson. Senior Michelle Kelly is in charge of publicity, and rights and responsibilities commissioner is Pam Paulson. This year's advisor for student council is principal james Spence.
