School Board .f .. ,,, . , ..f 'F'-W F Q1 Sealed, left zo right: Mr. John Marr, Mrs. Jean Mayhew, Mr. Joseph Youngs, Jr. Standing: Mrs. Patricia Ranger, Mr. Richard Lindahl. To the Class of 1972: At graduation time you may feel that your education has been too general: that it might better have been more specific and directly pointed toward your life work. But we do not yet know what that life work is to be. Some of you will experiment with several things before you settle down to your permanent vocation. Others will continue with additional years of study in post secondary institutions. H It is our hope that the curriculum that you have followed at Falmouth High School will help you to approach your career with poise and confidence, secure in the knowledge that you can train yourself in the skills you will need, whether on the job or at institutions of higher learning. The members of the Falmouth School Board join me in extending sincere congratulations to you on the occasion of your graduation. We wish you success and happiness in whatever work you choose to follow. Wewfaa Chairman SUPERINTENDENTS OFFICE STAFF Left Lo right: Mrs. Malvina Boyd, Mrs. Diane Viveiros, Mrs. Elizabeth Rosenhlad.

HAROLD L. MASON, Superintendent Superintendenfs Message To the Class of 1972: The occasion of being graduated from high school in 1972 presents a unique experience for seniors. Never before have there been so many problems of a worldwide significance confronting a graduating class. The pressures of modern technology, power politics, the thrust of nations toward self-assertion, and social changes are a few of the newer problems of today. All of you must awaken to these problems, have the faith and the courage to combat them, and present Superintendent of Schools answers which will benefit all mankind. I wish each of you pleasant journeys

MRS. MIRIAM MAYO ROBERT C. CLUNIE S6CrGiary Administrative Assistant Principal 'S Message Men may rise on stepping-stones of their dead selves to higher things. Alfred Lord Tennyson, in the grief over the death of his friend, despairingly toys with the word death'7 referring to the saying that man may change, assuming new and better characters and personalities. You, members of the senior class, are very much alive, already endowed with adequate traits of character and personality. Yet, a resurrection of spirit, enthusiasm, and desire for a meaningful life should now be taking place, an awakening if you will. ln your quest for the good life in the years ahead you have my best wishes. GARDNER C. POPE Principal 1 'Z
