SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SEATED, left to right: W. Ande-rson, president, M. Spruce, vice-president, L. Jordan, secretary, J. Record, treasurer. STANDING: D. Verrill, D. Vining, A. Cossar, M. Haley. Our Seuiar year This is it-our senior year. All the rest of our years of education we-re in prep- aration for this, our final year, at Falmouth High School. lt was up to us to make the very best we can of it. In the past, when the-re were disappointments, perhap-s because the team had a poor season, or our ranks weren't quite what they should have been, or that certain someone- went to the Prom with somebody e-lse-there wa-s always the next year to look forward to. But at the beginning of this year there was no next year to offer us consolation. We had to do all we could to make this year the best in the history of Falmouth High and to make our class the best yet. We had many fields in which we could excel, if we did our best. There were all the sports offered at Falmouth, there was the chance to bring our ranks up to high standa-rds, there was further competitio-n with other schools in debating and Scie-nce Fair, and there were the many other extra-curricular activities in our own school, such as diramatics and the other clubs and organizatio-ns. Also, we tried to help the unde-rclassmen with their problems a-nd to be worthy of their respect. We like to think that we succeeded in most of these ways, for as the time for us to graduate draws near, we want to be well remembered by our friends and our faculty. Our high school years certainly rank among the best of our lives, a-nd our biggest regret concerning them is that they went so quickly. L57 X ,,. 0 Wiffgl 6 Eg lin: ga - 52, V 41 W1 ' wx! Jr , . rv I
