Stress seems to be one of the biggest issues among high school seniors. You finally reach your senior year, and think to yourself where have the past three years gone. Suddenly, you have col- leges to choose, applications to fill out, passing the courses you need to graduate, and hoping the money will be there to attend the college of your choice. Or, if not college, then what? a job, the military??? We asked some of the seniors what they felt were the main causes of stress and this is what the said: Robert Rogers - “I get stressed out because of my parents, tell- ing me to get good grades so I can graduate.” David Lubelczyk - “I feel pres- sure from my Advanced Courses in school, and my job.” Karen Souza - “I hate filling out college applications, and waiting for replies.” Trying to relax from all this stress is another big part of se- nior year. Everyone seems to have their own way of relaxing, some of them are: listening to the radio talking on the phone going to athletic events driving wherever the road takes you going to the movies shopping at the mall sleeping late exercising These are some of the ways se- niors relax from all the stress, which helps to make the year fun. -Sandy Gibbons Right; Kim Martin and Dan Horton caught on their way to class. A stutter, a twist of the tongue romance could be so much more than for and relieving. My hairline is slowly receeding. “Oh barf an old gran daddy who looked so slightly caddy. And you there - wide eyes slow me down . . . catch me and spin me around like a helicopter right off the ground and I land without a sound and whatever . . .
