CLASS PROPHEOY Continued Again we are blest with a change of scene. Because of the romantic atmosphere and the hushed stillness of the crowd, we realize that we are in the Grand Theatre. On the screen are Hollywood's greatest lovers, Betty Trom- peter and Kenneth Breneman, playing a passionate love scene, Charles La Jambe and Malcolm Watson with their dates in the balcony, just can't seem to Keep their minds on the picture. Outside of the theatre we see Bob Hill- stead picneting the place because he didn't receive the starring role. Over there in a store encasement, we see a sign read- ing: WDon't fly, stay safe with a streamlined deluxe motorcycle from the Dessin Motor Shop. A free ride for every prospective customer.N Nice going, Jerry. There way up high in the clouds we see another victim. This time it's Mary Headsten out testing her new plane with the able assistance of her flying instructor, none other than Merwin Peterson. Look! They're going into a dive-- the plane is out of control and heading downward, downward! But we have nothing to worry about as here comes Daniel Geer speeding forth in his ambulance truck accompanied by his two pretty nurses, Edith Francis and Helen Boyum. The scene vanishes. Through the mist come dancing our two tango artists, Eunice Darval and Norman Jornlin, professionally Known as Elita and Sven O'Toole. Their name as well as their danc- ing attracts a crowd. Speaking a crowds, we are now in front of an Alaskan entertainment parlor with the juke box playing, HThe Doors Swing In and The Doors Swing Outn. Here we see swinging out Kenneth Bangen, Eugene Earley, Robert Hultman, Bob Sny- der, and Leonard Gordon. It looks like a stag party, but let's go in. Glancing around we spot an office door and written in bold type is HJean Radosevich, Belle of the Yukon--proprietoress. And in her employ are Bernice Zur- ick the busy but efficient barmaidg Emma Costley and Thelma Kleppe as head cigarette girls, and last but not least, Roy Johnson as the financial manager. Where there is a crowd there are familiar faces, and those that we now recognize are Jerry McCormack, Aldo De Marcki, and Archie Villalta who are persistently whis- tling at the four new chorus girls: Hulda Nelson, Marian Brunette, Harriet Gordon, and Jeanette Carrier. But we also notice they are not the only ones. Having nade the rounds we go to collect our wraps and as the check girls turn we recognize Helen Shewchuk, Grace Swenson, and Pauling Buchnolz. The vision becomes fainter and we awake with a start to find we were only dreaming. So keep your spirits high, seniors, for what we prophesy afternoon only you could bring into reality.

CLASS PROPHECY Continued . Polenske's Marijuana Maniacs. But what's all the commo- tion about over there. It's a boy from Ely and a Canadian fighting over Jeanne Reuter. Oh! Well! No need to worry for the two efficient bouncers, Donald Larson and Warner LaDu have the situation well in hand. Presto! We're in Nina Stepoway's Ballet School where we see tripping gaily into the room her prize pupils-- Betty Anderson, Helen David, Pat Pfeifer, Marjorie Brug- geman, and Edna Wento. But how where are we? That looks like Sheila Oliver over there. Lct's see what she's knitting. Whatever it is it looks awfully small, but them who are we to jump to conclusions. Letters! Letters! Letters! All addressed to the new lovelorn club, Wwe Get Them--You Keep Themu, Liela Bakke, President. Her more prominent correspondents are Marie westermeier, Patty Johnson, Roseann La Blanc and Jean Stone. Here's hoping it works, girls. ' Through the fog comes the smell of food and swish-- we are in an Italian restaurant. There's Vincent Paul rambling amongst his customers. Here in a booth about to attack a heaping dish of spaghetti are Gerald Ginter, Clif- ford Gauthier, and Philip Wagner. Hmm! It sure looks good. At a romantic little table for two we find Irving Sher and Elizabeth Smith too engrossed in each other to think of food. If you really want to make an impression, Ike, slip Vincent a dollar and he'll play for yourfgal. AOur next vision takes us to the Dahlberg island where we find Sharon Judy redecorating as Don Johnson is now own- er lock, stock, and barrel. Sharon is quite the artist and Don quite the man. What a combination! From this romantic atmosphere we travel into the dom- estic household of Mavis and Ronald Laurion, where we find Mavis busily ripping and sewing a U. S. Navy uniform to fit none other than curly-headed Ronnie Jr. Spiritually another scene is revealed to us. Ah! It clarifies and we see William Fontana following up his study of human relationships with Helen Kyryluk as his subject. Don't wake up now, for as we travel down the streets of ye olde home town we drop into the Sears Order Office only to find Fub Harala as new manager. Fub believes in close cooperation between manager and employee and knowing Fub, I'm sure he'll be a great success. The spirits now take us to the sunny City Beach where we spy brown and Brawny Slug Sweeney, lifeguard, perched on his throne anxiously scanning the water. Help! Help! What's this we hear' It's only Barbara McDevitt faking another drowning. Wow! who are those bathing beauties over there? It's Hildur Oliver, Pat Thomas, and Arlyne Evenson parading in their new l955 suits. Scanty, aren't they? Sorry we can't stay a while but our vision has passed on.
