GUIDANCE OFFICE Guidance Office Staff The Guidance Department of Falls Church High School strives to provide services which will enable each student to facilitate his academic suc¬ cess, help him recognize and understand his strengths and limitations, assist him in identifying his interests and in formulating realistic educational and vocational goals. The guidance staff, composed of five full time counselors and one secretary, works under the di¬ rection of the Director of Guidance, Mrs. Miles. Counselors see all of their counselees routinely but they also welcome and encourage them to initi¬ ate conferences themselves when they think their counselor can be of assistance to them.
