ml - ■ . CAREER DAY AND COLLEGE NIGHT Career and College Program was a success October 28th 1969. Thirty-five career representatives and thirty-five college representatives delivered talks and answered student and or parent questions relative to vocational or educational matters. The guidance counselors sponsored this program to offer students and parents an opportunity to become acquainted with various colleges and careers offered throughout the country.

THE SECOND SHEPHERDS ' PLAY Medieval Mystery Play The Public Speaking class this year produced The Second Shep- herd ' s Play for the Christmas season. The group kept to the simplicity of the original performance by keeping the scenery at a minimum. Important roles were played by Linda O ' Brien and Robert Sullivan, a stand-in for Brian Put- nam, as Gil and Mais, an unscrupulous husband and wife team. Melvin McPerson, Julie Tufts, Patricia Farley, Joyce Campbell, and Holly Swift played the simple, honest English shepherds. Mary Kohler was a calm and meditative Mary, while Roxanne Bailey, Eileen Bascom, and Viki Welch played the angels who brought the glad tidings of Christmas to the sleeping shepherds.
