Their job consists not only of teaching, but of giving personal guidance, acting as chaperons, and setting a good example to high school students. At their fingertips must at all times be kept methods of proper discipline, impartiality, and with this they must possess a sense of humor and a liking for the students. The fate of the student body rests upon their shoulders, for their superiority in carrying out all of these standards will make them the right kind of citizens for the future. 5
