Hlsfory President .Tohn Pickup V President Carol Hendrickson Secretary Nancy Brattlof Treasurer Calvin Potwin E began our career as freshmen in High School with Jerry Fitz patrick as President Cal Potw1n, as Vice President and Lois Ortendahl, as Secretary Treasurer Although this year was a rather inactive one for us, Mr Matteson was a very helpful advisor Wlth a few dropping along the way we proudly announced to the 1n coming freshmen that we were now sophomores Mr Schreiner was our advisor while class officers were Janet Fredrickson President Rosalie Giambrone, Vice President Calvin Potw1n, Secretary and Beverly Price Treasurer By this t1me we were known to our fellow students as Juniors By rings and were one step closer to becoming seniors We began the year with Mrs Andersen as advisor and elected .T 1m Schnars for President Calvln Potwin for Vice President, B111 Thomas for Secretary, and Loretta Lodestro as Treasurer Each class member worked hard sell 1ng magazines, skating tickets and refreshments These were our chief money makmg proJects and enabled us to give the seniors their banquet and prom, whlch many of us attended At last we have earned the title of seniors The first big thrill of the year was the receiving of our name cards We really felt just as lost as we did when we were freshmen Then came the big decision of the year and the one big event of the senior year the Senior Play Our Miss Brooks The week after the play some of us went on the senior trip to New York Mr and Mrs Andersen and Mr and Mrs von Reyn went a long as chaperons Th1s year has held many 1oys for all of us and will always remain a cherlshed memory 1n our hearts 8 O 5 . . - .
