Nichols, Mr. Bennett. Just as our country, state, and town must have a government, so must our school. Falconer High ' s governing body is the Student Council. The purposes of this organiza¬ tion are: to unify all student organizations under one general control; to aid in the internal administration of the school; to give a feeling of law and order among the students; to develop a growing appreciation of democracy in the students; and lastly to promote and maintain the best interests in the school. The Student Council takes care of all club finances, charters, committees and makes final decisions in matters concerning the extra-curricular activities carried on through¬ out the year in school. Any laws or rules necessary for the betterment of our school are made and enforced by the council. You can be sure the Student Council is doing its part to maintain the high standards of F.H.S. 10
