Mr. Hewes, President of the Board ol Eduf cation, was elected in Iuly, 1941 and was reelected in 1944. His present term expires in 1947. He attended Lakewood and Chau- tauqua Public Schools, and is at present Assistant Superintendent of the Chautauqua County Highway Dept. and the Treasurer of Falconer Fire Dept. MH. RALPH A. PETERSON Vin' PYl'XitlL'I1f 200 E. Elmwood Avenue, Falconer, N. Y. Mr. Peterson, Vice President of the Board ot Education, was elected in 1943, and his term expires in 1946. He was educated at lames- town High School and Iamestown Business College and is, at present, employed as a tool maker at the Iamestown Metal Equipment. MR. LAWRENCE G. DYE 244 E. Elmwood Avenue, Falconer, N. Y. Mr. Dye was elected to the Board of Educa- tion in 1942 and his term expires in 1946. He obtained his education in the Falconer Pub- lic Schools and is now Supervisor for the Michigan Limestone and Chemical Company. MR. IOHN HENDERSON 40 W. Iames Street, Falconer, N. Y. Mr. Henderson was elected to the Board ot Education in 1943 and his term expires in 1946. He obtained his education in the Fredonia Public Schools and is, at present, Vice Presi- dent of the Clark Hardware Company. MRS. ISABELLE LINDSTROM 100 Hickory Street. Falconer, N. Y. Mrs. Lindstrom was elected to the Board of Education in 1944 and her term expires in 1947. She received her education in the Fal- coner Public Schools and the Millard Fillmore School of Nursing. MR. STEVE CRESPY 107 E. Main Street, Falconer, N. Y. Mr. Crespy was elected to the Board ol Edu- cation in 1945 and his term expires in 1948. He obtained his education at Union High School in Newcastle, Pennsylvania. At present he is employed at the Monarch Fuse Corp. MR. LESLIE IOHNSON 8 West Mosher Street, Falconer. N. Y. Mr. Iohnson was elected to the Board of Education in 1945 and his term expires in 1948. He attended Wilcox High School in Pennsylvania, and is at present, the propri- etor of the Hed 6. White store in Falconer.

First How: C. Walker, D, Newton, R. Lopresto, D, Iones, Mr. Bennett. HE Falconer High School Student Association is the governing body of Falconer High. The purposes of this organization are: to unify all student organizations under one control, to aid in the internal administration, to pro- mote general activities, to stimulate a growing appreciation of democracy among the students, and to protect the best interests of the school. The council consists of one member from each twenty-five seniors, thirty juniors, forty sophomores, forty freshmen, fifty eighth graders, one post graduate, and two faculty members. The council has power: to make and enforce any rules necessary for the betterment of the school, to grant charters to organizations, to supervise extra curricular activities and their financial status, appoint com- mittees, and investigate and report any matters referred to the council by the faculty. 10
