Upon graduating, Mort hopes to become an officer in the Army and we're all sure he'll make a good one. ali IAMES THOMPSON Iames is a man who is not afraid to say what he thinks Th1S fair haired mem ber of our senior class belongs to the Activities Club and plays intramural bas ketball lim was one of the two stu dents in FHS who passed the radar test given during the Wlnter Further in formation may be secured by asking Miss Bertha Watth ROSEMARY WALKER Although Rosemary hails from a rural district she does not intend to stay there after being graduated She hopes to go to night school and become a secretary Rosemary 1S one who realizes and makes use of the importance and need of the small things of life and therefore she is very content CORA WEILER Cora is another person who lives in rural district and she intends to remain te-re tact she ts the only gir in the Ag class Her sole ambition is to be a farmer for maybe a farmer s Wifel She is often seen wlth Lloyd Powell but we understand that there s a Rtchard rt the Navy concerned somewhere CLOVER WILLIAMS Breathes there a soul in F H S wh does not know Clover7 If there is any one we can arrange an introduchon right away Clover is a lovely little lass witn brown eyes and brown hair who prob ably has broken many a heart of the op posite sex She IS very active in all sports and art work and is known as a nffty dancer

MARGARET OLSON Being of a quiet nature, one hardly realizes when Margaret is present. How- ever, her quietness is not a discredit to her, but is an added attraction. Upon being graduated, she wishes to join the Cadet Nurses' Corps. Knowing Margaret, we are sure that her patients will like, as we do, her sympathetic attitude. BEVERLY OSTRANDER They certainly grow peaches in El- lington. Bev has truly been an addi- tion to our school with her shining per- sonality and sunny smile. She is vice- president of the Dramatics club, a mem- ber of the Mi-Y, and took part in the sen- ior play, Elmer and the Lovebug . She's planning to become a Cadet Nurse and we know she'll be one of the best. SHELDON PETERSON Shell is very popular among his many classmates. He has participated in all sports during his high school career. Be- cause he has been so active in his school life, we are sure he will be successful in his Navy life. QHe'll undoubtedly have a gal in every port.i LLOYD POWELL A hunting enthusiast and an up and coming farmer is Lloyd Powell. He is president of the F. F. A. and was one of the many talented actors who made the Senior Play the success that it was. His friendly personality has endeared him to all his classmates in F. H. S. l.loyd's main ambition is to attend the Cornell College of Agriculture and we all hope that his wishes will be realized. MARY RIBAUDO This short, dark-haired young lady is a very friendly person. A member of the Mi-Y, her hobbies are dancing and skat- ing. Outside of school, Mary spends her spare time working at the American Monu- facturing Concern. If her wishes are realized next year, she will attend art school in Pittsburgh. WILFRED ROACH Tall, dark and handsome-this is Wilf Roach. As president of the Hi-Y, mem- ber of the choir, baseball team and track, Wilfred has made himself invalu- able to our school. He has also become an actor of no mean ability, having been in both the Senior and P.T.A. plays. We are sure his future will be bright and our best wishes go with him. GERALDINE SWANSON Ever smiling and ever sunny is our Geraldine. She is always bubbling over with laughter. When, upon graduation, you join the Cadet Nurses' Corps we know that your smile will brighten many of the lives of your patients. RUTH OLSON Although Ruth is blessed with red hair, we have never seen the temper which by tradition is supposed to accompany it. Her main interest seems to be centered upon the Army. At the present time she is doing scretarial work in an office. She plans to continue in this line of work after graduation. BEVERLY PETERSON Beverly is another one of those girls who, although present, seems unnotice- able. She is always busy with some- thing and upon graduation, she intends to work in a war plant. Then, next fall she desires to enter the Cadet Nurses' Corps. Good luck to you, Beverlyl GLORIA This small, blonde friends in Falconer pleasant personality PLANO girl has won many High School. Her will be missed by the whole school. Gloria loves to dance and skate and besides her school activ- ities, finds time to work at the National Worsted Mills. After leaving school, Gloria hopes to attend business college. She'll make a fine secretary for someone! FLORENCE REYNOLDS As secretary of the Mi-Y, Florence has been very active in its functions. She is very efficient and always ready to co- operate in any way. Upon being grad- uated, Florence hopes to be a telephone operator. Her business-like voice will aid her immensely in this occupation. ROBERT ROACH A member of the Hi-Y and for six years a member of the band is Robert Roach. The school will miss his cheery smile and constant good humor. We feel sure that Tub has already made o future for himself as a railroad man and after he has helped deraid the axis, we will ex- pect to see him back in Falconer carry- ing on once again in the Erie Railroad tower. MURIEL SORMAN In Muriel, we find a typical American girl. She enjoys dancing and, as a hob- by, she chooses the collecting of stamps. Her future ambition is to go to a school at New York City to learn to become 'a buyer. With that, you could make a bar- gain with anyone. We wish you luck, Muriel. HARRYETTE SWANSON Butch is a blond-haired, ambitious young woman with lots of friends. She is a member of the Mi-Y and participates in intramurals. She is the only girl this year to attempt to brave the mysteries of Physics. Her plan for the future is to be- come a nurse and with her friendly, sym- pathetic personality, we are sure she will make a good one. Best of luck to you, Harryette.
