It’s the story of an orphaned boy, diver Twist, who runs away from the orphanage and encounters many of the bad aspects of the world. He is taken in by a band of pick-pocketers and learns the tricks of that trade. After many hardships, Oliver discovers his true relatives. From the first piece of scenery that went up to the last curtain, everyone worked hard to make the show a success. Their efforts weren't in vain - Oliver was a SMASH!
