RUNNERS STILL IMPROVING The 1970 Cross Country Team finished their season with a 14 and 10 record. They finished fourth in the Green Meadows Conference. Four seniors will be absent from next year’s squad. They are: Bob Suffel, Greg Brenner, Steve Sims and Jim Guilford. There will be four lettermen returning to carry the colors for Fairview. Bruce Berenyi, Gary Crites, Tom Bashor, and Denny Sims. These men will provide a sound nucleus for the coming season. Bob Suffel received a trophy for posting the 10th fastest time in the con¬ ference meets. He was also Fairview’s most valuable runner. Tom Bashor was selected as this year’s most improved runner.
