F.F.A. helps agriculture by presenting today's problems in agriculture to the public. The pro- ram's purpose, however, is to teach young men to be well-equipped modern farmers, using the latest techniques and methods in farming. This past year under the leadership of Mr. Lyle Sigg and Mr. George Haase, the members participated in livestock judging, public speaking, parlimentary procedure, a farm mechanics contest, and officer training. During F.F.A. Week the Fairview Chapter president, Tom Agler, gave a speech over the radio. 42
