Meeting The Chalieng es Many traditions have been changed, but FHS remains as the stabilizing factor. FHS students have been challenged by the teachers, by the home, and by each other. Our heroes are challenged by the big, important game. Activists must meet yearbook and newspaper deadlines, have the banquets decorated by 5:00 p.m., and always have money- making schemes underway. Our stars must perform in front of large audiences and cope with unsettled nerves. The teaching establishment is daily challenged by keeping ahead of some one-hundred students. The youth are challenged by studying, getting book reports in on time, getting weekly typing assign- ments, and making a better grade on a test. The Jacket staff dares you to remember each challenge as it came. As we step into our futures, let us all meet our daily challenges with hope that we will conquer them.
