Administration: Management and Service Oriented MR. HARRY CAVETT, Fairview Schools Superintendent. Busy citizens who comprise Fairview's School Board work closely with Superintendent Harry R. Cavett in formulating and carrying out school policies. The school board sets a definite high standard for the students of FHS as they rule on important matters such as teacher's salaries and conflicts concerning members of the student body. Office Activity Formed Main Operational Focus DON FRIESEN, Principal of the Grade School. MAX MOYERS, Principal of Fairview High School. Center of activity, the three school principals and their staff met the demands of a society of approximately 795 students and an increasing number of faculty members. Independent Thinking Is Encouraged In predictable classroom situations, we again experience the anxiety between finals and grade cards, again filed trivia with pro- found concepts, and again discovered person- alities lurking in the sheep's clothing of teach- ers. But teachers could not transmit know- ledge to any student unless he desired it, and no class was broad enough to contain the limits of knowledge that might conceivably be sought.
