Although inflation took its toll on the prices of Drivers' Education this year, this did not stop students from taking it. The reasons could be that it saves money on insurance, parents feel safer after their children take the course, or it just could be the good looking coaches who teach it. Whatever the reason is though, it is a known fact that the course sees most of the sophomores and some juniors and seniors. lVlost of the students like the gory movies shown while the rest head for the door after they start, but other than that, it's all go. 11- K. Vo-Tech classes are offered to juniors and seniors who are interested in learn- ing a trade while attending school. This year there was a change as boys partici- pated in cosmetology and girls partici- pated in mechanics. ln some cases stu- dents were able to receive credit for jobs they held pertaining to their classes and at the same time earn money.
