CROSS CULTURAL CLUB Bridging the Gap The Cross-Cultural Club was organized by students in hopes of a better under- standing between races. Members held an after game dance in December to raise money. The money went to the ln- ternational Relations Club for the fair day, which was scheduled for March. The club also held a student exchange with Adams City H.S. in Denver, which is a multi-racial institution. Feb. 17-21 the club put up display cases for black history week. M And Sew On . . Future Homemakers of America cooked up a tasty banquet at Fairview enjoying homemade lasagna, as the club began their year. Mending clothes, sheets, and pillowcases for the Indian reservations of Colorado was the major project of the homemakers. The club also sponsored parties for the children at day care cen- ters.
