Class H :story When our Sen1ors f1rst started to school they had a much larger class Those m xt were Merr11l Rehnstrom Myron Peterson Ne1l Qu1r1n Duane Johnson Edwm Peterson B11l Burger Clarxce Van I-loos1er Ruby S1evert Dolores Faust Bonn1e Anderson Lo1s Molgaard Cleone Van W1nk1e Lo1s Larsen and Gerald Thomas Dolores Faust Ruby S1evert and Clar1ce Van Hoosxer dropped o'ut at the f1rst year M1ss Small was our teacher Those two were the only ones that were m1ss1ng from our class dur1ng our second year Dur1ng the thxrd year It was unchanged Durmg the fourth year B111 Burger and Edwm Peterson dropped out and Darlene S1evers enrolled Our teacher for these two years were M1ss Anderson and Mxss Van Zantan MISS Anderson was marr1ed dur1ng the Thanksg1v1ng Vacatxon and became Mrs Bean Dur1ng the f1fth grade It remaxned the same Dur1ng the s1xth grade Mary Lou Stallbaurn entered Our teacher for two years was Mlss Van Steenwyke ln the seventh grade Delores Ell and Rxchard Luft entered They both left us dur1ng the e1ghth grade Duane Johnson also left us and moved to Hartley Mlss Flor1ne was our teacher Gerald Thomas left at the end of the Freshman year Our class rema1ned the same dur1ng our Sophomore year Lo1s Larsen moved to Rembrandt dur1ng the .Tumor year Durmg our Sen1or year the last year of our long struggle we added a new member to our class It was Dale Menke Cleone Van W1nkle dropped out dur1ng our Senlor year Our teachers for our four years of h1gh school are as follows D J Frledlund Mxss Helen Larsen Mr Norman M11ler Mr and Mrs Cl1nton Lawver Mlss June Skeels and Mr K1rkpatr1ck Our 1951 Semor graduatmg class now remams as follows Bonn1e Anderson Dale Menke Lo1s Molgaard Myron Peterson Ne1l Qu1r1n Merrxll Rehnstrom Dalrene S1evers and Mary Lou Stallbaum Class Prophecy As the three stooges look 1nto the crystal ball they fxnd the qemor Class of 1951 1n the1r varxous occupat1ons Bonme the happy mother of three chxldren l1v1ng w1th her husband Buster on the1r 320 acre farm by Schaller Iowa The1r three chxldren are tw1ns Pat and Mxke 3 years old and Mary 1 year old Bonn1e IS kept busy w1th her famnly and hopes to have twelve chlldren she heard they were cheaper by the dozen Buster 15 an exper1enced farmer and they are l1v1ng very happxly together We fxnd Dale 1n Cherokee Iowa He has bu1lt a garage for Hot Rods only He marr1ed a gxrl from Larrabee and are 11v1ng 1n the1r newly bu1lt home w1th a speedway track bu1lt around It Dale and h1s lovely w1fe have only one ch1ld wh1ch has a hopeful prospect 1n h1s future as a Hot Rod racer Dale became so 1nterested 1n Hot Rods he 1nvested 1n a. race track wh1ch he bu1lt at Cherokee wxth h1s name on It and he shall be remembered as an mcourager of Hot Rods LOIS IS l1v1ng 1n Denver Colorado wxth her husband Roy Berqurst and the1r two chxldren Dxck and Bob LOIS 15 workmg xn a real estate offxce Roy and LOIS have been l'1app1ly marrxed for the past three years and are progressmg very rap1dly They own a 8 0 . 1 1 1 1 , 1 1 1 1 1 I I ' , 1 1 . . . - . 1 . . . . 1 . . . .
