CLASS WRITE-UP I QQ' I The juniors started out the school year with a lot of enthusiasm, both for the new junior gray and white jackets, and for the junior members of the football team. Continuing. the spirit throughout the season were the junior girls who sponsored an escort system to help the team's spirits. The junior class also planned and gave a pep-rally. Arrangements for the junior rings were made in December and January. Their arrival was eagerly awaited and the juniors now proudly display them. The Junior Jivers did an excellent job on decorations for the annual Junior-Senior basketball game, and put up an equally good fight. Climaxing the year will be a Junior-Senior Banquet, picnic, and the prom. A. f 'Lf 0 The sophomore class of l958 contributed a great deal to their x2 school this year. They were seen in the productions of the Stage- crafters, Friendship Club, G.A.A., and Letterman's Club. ln sports they gave their full support to the football team by having a large number of boys on the squad, and in basketball two sophomores made the varsity team. Their class party was held in March with the theme of Hi Notes and everyone came as a song title. A semi-formal was held in May. ln the future this class will certainly have an outstanding record, if they continue as well as they have this year. W F god' Sopaonmi f if The freshman class has greatly enjoyed this school year, possibly more because of their new friends. They are beginning to appreciate the chance at participating in school activities. The Junior Stagecrafters have put on many plays in which many of the freshmen took part. The freshman football and basketball teams showed exceptional talent and teamwork, which will help our school -in future years. They held a class party and are planning a class picnic. The class shows inuch promise, and in the next years will take an active part in our school.
