Besides excellent concert pertormances, The one hun- dred members ot The band participate in district and state conTesTs as well as making guest appearances. Consisting ot a Tull Tamily ot woodwind, brass. and percussion instruments, The symphonic band plays selec- Tions ranging Trom classical to contemporary works. Annually, band members submit original composi- tions in competition Tor a scholarship up to Two hundred dollars which is donated by The parents.
