,,,.t-,c, WWW N JL' Mr. Roush Mr, Chester A. Roush, the Superintendent of Kettering Schools for the past four years, is a diligent worker and a note- worthy administrator. Mr. Roush received his Mas- ter of Science in Education de- gree from the University of Wis- consin, and has done graduate work at Miami University and Colorado State University. He taught and coached at Fairmont High School and in other schools before becoming superintendent. Mr. Roush is a member of Phi Delta Kappa, National Edu- cational Honor Society. Kettering Superintendent Fairmontls friendly spirit is best exemplified by the Ket- tering school system's top executive, Mr. Chester A. Roush. Mr. Roush, who is active in church and community affairs, still finds time to enjoy life with his family and friends. He lives each day to its fullest, enjoying everything he does. Sports, music and books afford him pleasure and relaxation in his leisure time. As head of the Kettering school district, he is daily re- sponsible for the education and curriculum of the 13,350 school children enrolled in the combined city of Kettering and the village of Moraine. Mr. Roush is personally acquainted with each of the 975 members of his faculty and school personnel. He likes people- especially young people. This fact has contributed greatly to his outstanding success as an administrator. Former Fairmont football coach, Mr. Roush. Mr. Roush and wife enjoy a family get-together with Sally, Jean and John shows son John sonic finer points of the game.
