At first simple words appear: words such as exams, people, steps . . . , but a little later more personal words with complex meanings fall on the page. These words are of feeling and truth. More- over, they are words that are shared. They are common expressions that have been witnessed, yet never spoken, words such as growth, fulifill- ment, knowledge . . .
