In Memory Alan Johnson Our annual is a book of memories, memories that were created by thir- teen years of sharing and caring. If we forget our triumphs and failures, good times and bad, happy moments and sad, our annual is there to remind us. It is a common reference for all of us, a tangible bond of memories. Because of its significance to us, the Seniors of 1975 wish to dedicate this annual to the one who didn t live to wear the cap and gown, Alan Johnson. Alan Johnson was our friend, classmate, and above all, an inspira- tion. His fortitude in the face of his inexorable fate, has become an in- spiration for all of us. When the chips were down, he looked up. He was always laughing, joking, and keep- ing up the spirits of those around him. We knew him as Big Al , not only because of his size, but also because of the magnitude of his character. He is still very much a part of this graduating class, for we cannot, and will not, sever the years shared. Therefore, we dedicate this annual to the memory of Alan Dale Johnson.
