Who Am I I am Rod Opfer. A mem- ory that has become lodg- ed in the minds and hearts of all my fellow friends. A memory that was a de- voted friend,leader, and athlete at FHS. A memory that is cherished and that will never be forgotten. Rodney Alan Opfer was born March 2, 1952 and passed away October 18, 1970. A lifetime resident of Fairmont, Rod attended Fairmont Public School and became well-known and liked by all. The students at FHS print the 1971 Tiger in memory of our beloved friend, Rod Opfer.
