Seniors Sneak To Chicago March 29, at 4:00 P.M, an excited bunch of Sen- iors boarded the school bus for the start of their anx- iously awaited Sneak Trip. We met our train in Lin- coln and were finally on our way to Chicago! The night on the train was spent playing cards and chess, taking pictures, having pillow fights, and waking sponsors! At 6:30 A.M. we arrived in Chicago, ate breakfast, and then boarded the bus with our guide, Delores and driver James. Our days' activities included sightseeing along Lake Michigan; visiting the Museum of Science and In- dustry, The Museum of Natural History, and the Shedd Aquarium; a boat ride on Lake Michigan; a visit to Lin- coln Park Zoo; and a quick trip down Skid Row. We spent an hour in Chinatown and then after one last look at the water front we left at 9:30 P.M. The trip back was unu- sually quiet!!? In Lincoln we were met by the f ami liar school bus and by 10:30 Sunday morning March 31, we were all back in Fairmont, safe and sound, but looking a little bedraggled. The Seniors all agreed that we had an enjoyable trip; one that will not be forgotten soon! The Instigator! Cruising on Lake Michigan. r Hit him again! Chicago Sky-line.
