Assistant Superintendent Retires Many students have chosen the year of the centennial celebration to prove them- selves as outstanding participants in their own area. Perfection found itself in several different facets of school life as evidenced by the number of awards won. This section includes an off-campus dig- nitary who has dedicated his life to the betterment of education in Marion County. His main interest is the students’ welfare. Mr. Kenneth Harris, former East Fairmont coach and principal and currently Assist- ant Superintendent of Schools, will retire in July after 40 years of service. Events 19
