Cathe Dunn The Polar Bear Band is under new direction of Mr. Ken Clelland who replaced Mr. Ron Wood, who ac- cepted the job of principal at Barrackville. The addi- tion of a Color Guard and Flag Corp has added to the military effect of the band. Mr. fames Warner is the assistant band director taking the former position of Mr. Philip Rossano. The band won a superior rating at the Elkins Forest Festival and also attended Gover- nor Arch Moore’s Inaugural Parade in Charleston.
