Pauline Opal Patton: Arts and Crafts '43, Motion Pic- ture Crew. To read and not to have homework is Pauline's idea of Paradise. She says 'sOh, boy! and has to be going when she needs an excuse. Barbara Hall: Spelling Club '43. Barb gives a typical girl's excuse- I forgot, dancing and skating take up most of her time but she does manage to write a few letters, and rates Alan Ladd as the top actor. Anna Mae Moon: is taking a commercial course, likes the name Harold fwe wonder whyj and joan: her excuse is MI didn't know g thinks, Tommy Dorsey played Besame Mucho is really solid, Tom Reynolds: -Classical Course. Tom likes basketball, William Bendix and Barbara Stanwyck, favorite song, i'The Band Played On , says Awk Du Liber fooey for favorite expression, likes Matilda for girl's name, hates i'Kibitzers. Does anyone know what that means? Ruth Duncan: Arts and Crafts, Red Cross. Ruth adores to write to Jimmy, likes Van Johnson, driving, and the name Pamela. She swoons when Harry James plays They're Either Too Young Or Too Old. Patricia Ann Sidars: National Thespians. 'ijumping Catfish, I forgot usually comes from the pretty mouth of Pat's. She adores swimming, Clark Gable and Freddy Martin playing Smoke Get In Your Eyes, wishes she lived in Florida cuz she hates the cold. Helen Louise Bartlett: Science Club, Girls Athletic, Camera and Girl Reserves. Oh foot! I hate to get up in the A.M.! mutters Helen. She adores bike riding, Alice Faye, reading and the color red, dislikes getting up in the morning, but don't we all. Samuel Francis Underwood: Military Club '42, This swell fellow sez that his favorite song is the beautiful Ave Maria by Schubert. He likes to swim and draw and study maps. Dorothy Cipriano: Girls' Athletic '41. Says 'itaint so, loves dancing, swoons over Walter Pidgeon, sings My Heart Tells Me, and spends her spare time at the movies. Lenore Layman: This gal's idea of fun is just simply acting crazy. She favors Harry james' band and thinks Paper Doll is the song. Lenore wears red, skates, and likes the name Bill. Charlotte Ann Ganoe: Wherever there's a good time going on, there will be Charlotte. She adores basket' ball, Gene Kelly and Alice Faye, wishes Benny Goodf man would play Mairze Doats more often. Mary Ensminger: Spelling Club. Wait For Me Mary played by Harry James, says Mary, is a dream come true. I hate English, but I like to swim. Tyrone Power is marvelous. Page Twenty-two Frank Cimino: Printing Club, Stage Crew, Student Government. Wolfl Wolf! Look out girls, here comes Frankie. Frank likes the 'name Eleanor, thinks Bill Dakos' orchestra is tops and Bud Beerhower is his favorite actor.-Some choice. Bob Thompson: Technical Course, lMember of HifY, and Military Club. Bob goes in for football Qwhat a playerlj, likes Flynn and Stanwyck, sings Pistol Packin' Mama and listens to Harry James, hates girls but a certain little twirler can turn his eye. Connie Kriedler: Arts and Crafts, Bridge, TrifHifY. Connie won't tell her favorite expression but she hates to wash dishes, likes Glenn Ford, horseback riding, and Harry james. If she's late it's because she didn't know what time it was. Elizabeth Jane Nigh: Girl Reserves, Spelling Club. Elizabeth adores Bernard, Robert Young, and swimf ming, usually misses the bus cuz she's day dreaming. If you hear faint strains of You'll Never Know , it's probably Elizabeth. Ruth Saunders: Camera Club, Girl Reserves, TrifHifY. Ruth wishes they would ix the hill to school so she wouldn't have to climb it. She loves to hear Harry james on his trumpet play A Little Bit of Heaven. Lucille Virginia Morgan: Commercial Club, Red Cross. This is one of the few people who hates nothing and nobody. Wonderful! She is crazy about Walter Pidgeon and uMy Heart Tells Me played by Harry James. Dick Kohler: Technical Course, Member of HifY, Avia' tion Club in 41f42, Maple Leaves of 43, Honor Society, Thespians. k'Professor likes polo and Errol Flynn, disf likes Harry james, sings I'l1 Never Smile Again and studies psychology. Mara Bell Tucker: Girl's Athletic 42, Commercial Club 42. Mara Bell wishes she could change her name to Rebecca, but don't worry, cause Albert likes it the way it is, hates to go to school but likes to sleep. Rachel Knight: Masque and Gavel, Thespians, TrifHifY, Choral Club, Maple Leaves '43. Rachel likes dancing, horseback riding, Tim Holt, and the name Lee , Where is she! Had to see a dog about a man' Does she study for tests? Humfrnfmfm, sometimes. james Borrell: James thinks blue, basketball, Spencer Tracy, and Raymond are tops, likes to hear Bill Dakos give with No Love, No Nothing, despises rationing and getting up early. One good turn deserves an' other is his slogan. Herbert B. Mercer: HifY, Aviation, National Honor Society. Herbert likes the color red, joke magazines, football, basketball, and softball, favorite name is Dorothy. fWe wonder whyj, likes joker , but hates too much homework. Frankie Reaser: For someone to call her Frank gives Frankie the worst of nightmares, considers Betty Grable tops, and dislikes to go to the movies and play base' ball.

Drawing and playing or watching baseball are this feller's way of whiling away the time, definitely doesn't like English but does like the song Close To You. Mary Frances Ruggiero: Girl Reserves, Red Cross, Spell- ing Club. Brown is Mary's favorite color, she listens to Sammy Kaye play It's Always You . Tennis and movies occupy her free time. Swoons at Charles Boyer and Bette Davis. Mary Lu Putnam: Playing the piano, skating or bike' riding are three of Mary's pastimes. Her favorite actor is Glenn Ford. Her favorite song Secretly, and the best band is Harry James according to her. john Prelc, jr.: Technical Course, Member of HifY, Student Government, Kl?ub, Miiltary 42, Camera Club '43, johnny's favorite color is blonde, says put me straight, indulges in wolfing, despises homework, and listens to Xavier Cugat. Doris Lee Henderson: Dory is interested in skating, wolhng, and Richard, loathes to work and excuses herself with I don't get up on time,, listens to Glenn miller and croons to So Wind. Sam Lashuk: Camera and Military Club 43, Sam shoots pool, goes for Harry james' boogie Woogie, likes football, Betty, blue, Alan Ladd, goes for Dinah Shore and doesn't use excuses and his most used ex' pression is, I dunno. Russell Marra: Russell's favorite name is Russell-conf venient isn't it? He plays baseball, laughs at Bob Hope and loves to see Dorothy Lamour in the movies. When he isn't doing one of these, he devotes himself un' selfishly to wolfing. More fun! Ruth Hen-od: This girl sings You'll Never Know , sez Oh! gee and I forgot , loves to read but hates to study, and is crazy about John Payne. Mary Tamuty: Mary favors no particular actor-she likes 'em all. Japs and Germans are her pet hates. She loves talking and swimming. 1My Heart Tells Me is her favorite song. Don Geldbach: Technical course, member of the Band, Stage Crew, Student. Don spends time smooching, thinks rose is a nifty color and Betty a neat name, listens to Tommy Dorsey play Blues In The Night , and is a good boy. Betty Curtis: Commercial Club, Red Cross, Girl Ref serves. Betty adores hats, hums Paper Doll , her most loved pastime is movies, likes the color blue and the name 'LLeon. Clyde Franklin: Commercial Course, member of HifY, Military Club. Cowboy Clyde loves to hunt fWhat?J, the color blue and joan, says well I swan , sings Dixie , plays baseball, admires john Wayne and Anne Shirley, and hates girls in slacks. Some boy!
