Lowell Frcintz ond Rick Borth toke stote victories A striking accomplishment this year for the seniors was the fact that all six qualified for the state meet. ln total, seven gymnasts qualified. This is the first year East has sent at least one per- former in each event. Lowell Frantz earned the top spot in the state with his outstanding still rings routine. Rick Borth took the highest honor in the state with his difficult rou- tine on the trampoline. ln addition Karl Krumbholz placed fourth in vaulting and John Speck captured fourth place in still rings.
