Bosketboll tecim's l5-3 record best in Eost's history With an overall record ot I5 wins and 3 losses, the Falcon basketball team put together its best season record ever. Because ot their outstanding sea- son, the team was top seeded in the Dayton District Tournament. ln a well played game, the lron Fal- cons deteated Fairmont West by a decisive 24 point margin, This was Coach Palumbo's tirst victory over Fair- mont West in his career at East. Many ot the basketball players gained a position on the WOL All Star Teams. East's leading scorer. Chris Pow- ers, made the tirst team while Randy Coy qualitied tor the second team.
