The boys proved so successful lhar 'rryours were held lo choose boy cheerleaders for rhe enfire baskerball season. Seven boys were chosen, one for each girl, so fhal fhe +wo can pair for mounrs. As Fairmonl Easr is such a large school, if was decided lasl year by rhe adminiislralion lhal we could use anorher cheering squad. Hence lhe wresfling, cross-counrry squad was inili- ared. Anolher new addilion was a weekly cheerleading meefing held on Monday evenings and supervised by advisor Sally Wallace.
