David Jackson was the president Of these four years that passed, Not only did we choose him first, We also chose him last. Argyle Croan, as you all know Is NThe Brainn of our school, He doesn't know all the answers But he sure knows all the rules. Jackie Moore was the girls' basketball star Her fame is known both near and far, Whenever we wanted to raise the score Everyone hollered UGive us Mooreu. Earlene Hollis was our football queen She was the favorite of both subs and team, She's the pepclub leader of the Senior class, Hurrah for this pretty Senior lass! -Reta Lee Williams' bid to fame 5 Is her blond hair and familiar name, She's really popular with all the guys, She really wows them with those blue eyes. Joe Riley is a speed demon in a car, In a very short time that boy goes far, He works very hard and if you'll note, As B secretarial candidate he gets every vote. Bobby May is the picture show man But he skips every movie he possibly can, He's always neat and attractive too, Thats all, Bob, three cheers for you. Wilbur Crow is rather shy, But that red hat will catch your eye, He does O.k. on the basketball court, In football too, and all other sports. About Paul Montgomery, I dont know much, He's He's also shy with a bashful touch, big and husky and this I'll say, He'll probably make a feed store pay. Marvin Kline is a studious lad, But a lot of fun he's always had, He doesn't do bad on a football field , When Earl Is a as a This he tackles those guys, they really reel. Goodman, as the name will imply very good man from Fairland High, football guard he can't be beat is a guy nice to meet. A Junior Thomas, our basketball star, Is known here and afar, The teachers think he is very polite, And I also think he is all right. Kenneth Boyd is the nice farmer boy As a He's He's football guard, he's our pride and joy pretty smart as they all say a sleuthing detective in every ylay. Ronald Lee Dry is a mighty good size, He has a nice smile and pretty brown eyes. As an All-State fullback he won fame, He plans next year to go to Tulane. 5:15 ,.3.f:1: V ffirigigz -. yQ'QAo,vf.'g' -:f:f:f:f:fQf:f:I'I-' 6 , l 3:1 Q31 'f!'333!'Z25'3' -. Margery Anna Rubin is next on my list, An attractive girl is this senior miss, With a vocabulary Useing big words, Velma King is one Those sailor guys larger than yours and mine, she really does shine. of our twins, she always wins, She could have her pick of all the land, But she always takes a guy, named Sam. Senior Thelma is a king twin, too But she doesn't look like Velma, tis' true, She's pretty and popular GHG very sweet, In fact this twin Mary Lou Smith is is hard to beat. a first rate gal, She's everybodys friend and Betty Vincents pal, She doesnt care for boys, as she will often state, But someday she will find the one, you just wait. Betty Vincent is next in the Senior line In all her grades she's never behind, To sit by Betty in book-keeping really pays, I hear she makes nothing but straight A's. Norma Jean Van Hoose is a cute little girl, With a mischievious look and long blond curls, She flirts a lot,I'm afraid it's true, She breaks tneir hearts and makes them blue. Jean Parkhurst? Yes, she's in our class, In ways and looks she'll more than pass. On this one point we sure agree, She likes Tulsa and so do wel Bonnie Nichols? She is the next To be the theme of this poem's text, She's a swell classmate and we're proud to claim That on the Senior roll is Bonnie Lou's name. Wanda Higinbotnam is a winsone-maid, For her singing talent she'll surely be paid. For this Senior girl who likes to croon, We know the bobby-soxs will swoon. Dick James, you're still part of our gang For what could we do without your clamor and bang You'er sometimes a pest, but we think you're gran In honor of Dick James, strike up the band. About Lois Blizzard, what can I tell, She's lots of fun and really swell. Yes, I guess these words will have to do, 'Cause we really mean them and a lot more too. I've left one out, Why, mercy sakes, but who could it be? I guess it's mel Well, I'm just a blond haired, freckled faced las who also belongs in the Senior class. Mrs. Reba Edwards is our sponsor sweet, To use the old phrase, she cant be beat. Our thanks, Mrs. Edwards, goes to you, We hope you liked N511 for one, and us as we liked you. 7 1-' 4. , ?
