Ftench Club The French Club is one of the most active and involved clubs at our high school. The members participate in Mardi Gras, Christmas caroling, and the selling of French perfumes. AF8 Club The American Field Service is an organization which allows students the opportunity to accent their education with a visit to a foreign country. r %• ' w ar | if .. . IS. ' J Key Club The Key Club is one of F.H.S.’s most active civic organizations. They have helped the needy families in this area by taking collections and giving food baskets. 21

Student Council The Student Council had a lot of work to catch up on this year. Because the organization was in debt at the outset, the members had to work hard as a team to get back on their feet. Led by President Jack Bellotti, this group showed what hard work and determination can do. SAE Students Active for Education made up of former Future Teacher Club members is an eager and willing organization, aiding the community and area schools in many ways. The club’s officers were President: Susan Medeiros, Vice President: Martha Wolanski, Secretary: Susan Nolin, Treasurer: Eneida Sandel, and club advisor. Miss Trafton. Office Workers The Office Workers played a tremendous part in the smooth running of Fairhaven High School as they were continually updating and organizing the busy schedule of F.H.S. ' s events and meetings. 20

Districts These exceptional musicians were chosen to represent our school in the annual districts concert which was held on January 1 7 and 1 8 in Attleboro, Mass. Triple Quartet The Triple Quartet is a talented group of individuals whose musical reputation as a choral group is well- known. They hold many concerts at hospitals and nursing homes.
