phusttal (Eimtatimt Physical education is a prime factor in building the complete student. For, indeed, no one who is not physically fit can search after knowledge. This is the function of our physical education department— to promote fitness and to provide a means for recreational activity. MELVIN ENTIN B.S. Mr. Entin, our Director of Athletics and Phys¬ ical Education, is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He is also a teacher of biology. Among his interests are woodworking, garden¬ ing, and fishing. ALMA J. CAMPBELL B.S. Miss Campbell graduated from the University of Minnesota. She teaches physical education, coaches the girls’ basketball team, and is the ad¬ visor to the cheerleaders. In her spare time, Miss Campbell enjoys knitting, reading, and camping. MICHAEL L. DODGE B.S. Mr. Dodge, a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, teaches physical education, mathe¬ matics, and biology, and also is an assistant football coach. In his spare time he enjoys sports of all types. SALVATORE J. LOMBARDO B.S. in B.A., M.A. Mr. Lombardo, an alumnus of Northeastern University, is our varsity football coach. He also teaches physical education, history, and mathe¬ matics. Among his interests are gardening, read¬ ing, and refinishing furniture. 30
