Over these years the Class of 1968 has participated in the creation of the unique tradition that is, and will continue to become, Fairfield. During this period of rapid development the Class has travelled in the wake of a man who initiated interest, enthusiasm and growth at Fairfield University. The Class of 1968 has been closely associated with this man. We arrived here together and together we have seen the same dynamic evolution of this University. Sometimes this vision was seen from op- posite vantage points. It Was, however, always seen for the mutual benefit and growth of this institution. For his interest in the Class of 1968, for his constant devotion to Fairfield University and for his contribution to the growth of our Uni- versity, we, the editors and staff of the 1968 MANOR dedicate the 1968 MANOR to the President of Fairfield University.
