These teas have been very helpful in bring- ing about better co-operation between parents and teachers. Mothers visit their children's classrooms and later are served refreshments. A program is presented by each grade for the mothers. It consisted of singing, art demonstrations, and Girl Scout pro- grams. Mr. Potts and Mr. Jewell spoke. Mr. Jewell, elementary princi- pal, said, 'SThese teas serve as a media to bring about a better understanding of the school by parents and the problems of the home by the teachers -all working toward a better under- standing of the pupil.
